We work with marginalized youth to empower them with the skills, knowledge, and resilience they need to contribute to a prosperous, inclusive, and sustainable society.

Our Programs

Climate and Economic Resilience Training

Our programs equip youth with the tools to address the realities of climate change while pursuing economic empowerment. In training sessions, young people gain skills in environmental stewardship, sustainable business practices, and community leadership. These sessions also cover practical skills like climate impact awareness, resource management, and financial literacy, empowering youth to create environmentally and economically resilient communities.

Community Empowerment Workshops

CODI’s workshops are spaces for learning, growth, and empowerment. These workshops focus on developing critical skills like a growth mindset, resilience, and problem-solving. Youth gain confidence and learn to see themselves as agents of change in their communities. They leave with practical skills that not only improve their employability but also build the personal and social foundations for lifelong success.

Youth Skills Development

Our skills development programs target essential competencies needed for today’s economy, focusing on employment-readiness, entrepreneurship, and community engagement. These programs, informed by our Ubuntu PYD framework, ensure that young people in marginalized communities can access opportunities for meaningful and productive lives.
